Design Challenge​:
  • 45+ product listings and marketplace homepages required a consistent, high-conversion design system.
  • Need to simplify Ayurveda’s multi-benefit communication into clear, single-minded solutions.
  • Required alignment of packaging storytelling with A+ pages for seamless customer experience.
  • Tight timelines to launch 100% of products on schedule while securing premium placements.

My Role & Resposiblity:
  • Solely responsible for end-to-end design, brainstorming, copy, and submission of:
    • 45+ product listings
    • Marketplace homepages (Amazon, Flipkart, Netmeds, 1mg, etc.)
  • Integrated packaging storytelling with marketplace content for consistency.
  • Collaborated with founders on product narratives.
Strategic Approach:
  • Devised a Problem → Solution storytelling framework for each SKU.
  • Applied principle: “1 Product = 1 Solution” → avoided benefit overload & improved clarity.
  • Integrated emotional + medical benefits with a customer-first narrative.
  • Designed cohesive visuals + copy to ensure brand consistency across platforms.
  • Collaborated directly with founders to refine positioning & narratives.
Strategic Approach:
  • 100% on-time launch of all products across marketplaces.
  • Secured Amazon A+ Premium slots, boosting product discoverability.
  • Achieved improved landing page conversions in sync with Amazon Ads optimization.
  • Increased multi-month pack sales (3-month packs especially), strengthening brand conviction.
  • Enhanced ad spend efficiency & ROAS with sharper storytelling.
  • Established a repeatable design system that scaled across 45+ SKUs.
